Who we are
Hej Storstan is a game by Tusen (tusen.app). The data controller for the game and this site is Oluwatosin (Tosin) Omotoyinbo, who runs Tusen as a private person, not a registered company. Contact us at omoto.tega@gmail.com.
What we collect
Nothing you type in, because the homepage and guides (every page on storstan.tusen.app outside /play) have no forms or accounts. Like every website, though, our host briefly handles your IP address and browser details when you load a page, to deliver the site and keep it secure. That is our legitimate interest (GDPR article 6.1 f). These technical logs are kept for 3 days.
Who helps us
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which handles this data on our behalf under a data processing agreement. If you email us, your message is kept in Gmail (Google). If either handles data outside the EU/EEA, the transfer is protected by the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Cookies
The homepage and guides set no cookies, store nothing on your device and use no analytics, ads or tracking pixels. Your language choice lives in the page address. Our fonts are served from our own site. The game shares this address (storstan.tusen.app/play): it keeps your login and your save in your browser's storage, which it needs to work, and collects usage stats only if you say yes. The homepage never reads what the game stores.
Your rights
You can ask to see or delete your data, ask us to limit how we use it, or object to it, by emailing omoto.tega@gmail.com. You can also complain to IMY, the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, at imy.se.
Playing the game
When you play Hej Storstan at storstan.tusen.app/play, the game's own privacy policy and terms apply. You see them when you create your account, and any time from the game's settings.
